I had a very good stay at this hotel. the service was excellent. The receptionist allowed me to have a late check-out until 4:30pm, which was a huge relief and saved me from spending extra time in a coffee shop. The shuttle service was smooth and convenient as well. Secondly, the room was clean and spacious. I loved the fact that the floor was heated and there was a bidet with a heated toilet seat, which added a level of comfort. Lastly, the hotel is located in a neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. It was great to have so many dining options nearby, and the affordable prices were a pleasant surprise.
There was one aspect of my stay that could be improved upon, but overall, everything was fine.

Personal was very friendly and helpfull as I had to go to the Airport Hospital. They took me there with the Shuttlebus without charge. Bed was wonderfull. Breakfast was included in the price. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.
Room was very tiny , had a small tiny window and had a strange sweet smell that even after 2 days opened window did not stop. But the room and shower was very clean. Hotel is at the time under renovation so you have to oversee some things during worktime of the local workers, but this was never a problem.

The location here is great with a variety of reasonably-priced food options at Lotte Mart's food court and a nearby Dunkin' Donuts for coffee.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, wireless internet and a couch. Delicious dishes were served at the authentic restaurant. Comfortable place to stay, I was there for 1 night and would stay here again...

The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year's stay. It was conveniently located near the airport and had a free shuttle service, which made our travel experience so much easier. We loved that it was also within walking distance of local shops, bars, and restaurants, giving us plenty of options to explore the area.
That it was a bit challenging to find the shuttle van initially. We followed the directions provided, but couldn't locate it easily.

The location is excellent with free airport transfer in both directions. It is ideally planted in the "airport hub", so most things you'll need are within a short walk away. The internet is provided free, which is ideal for business travellers wanting a last minute update before their flights. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was courteous and polite. The facility was a pleasant surprise for the money. The room was large, clean and had all the necessary amenities and even more! Good job!
It was nice for the hotel to provide free Internet service and even a computer in the room. The only problem I had was that the keyboard did not seem to be working properly. I could not switch from Korean to English.

As soon as I stepped into the lobby I was very disappointed. The service was slow and the staff couldn't even understand simple English. When we got the room, it was a disastrous experience. The room was extremely dated - something like 80s. The air-con and some of the furniture was broken. Although the room was generally clean, I did not feel comfortable staying and stayed awaken most of the night. The main reason for us to stay at the hotel was to catch an early flight at the airport the next morning. I have to say the hotel served that purpose - being located 10mins away from the airport. But apart from that, I am sorry, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone - you definitely deserve something better!

This hotel is a great value for your money. the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to accommodate us. Complimentary toothbrushes and soluble coffee added to the overall convenience. Our room had a finished look that felt cozy and inviting.
The bed was quite hard which may be common in Korean hotels. the aircon unit in our room was not working, which presented a bit of a challenge with the language barrier when trying to resolve the issue with non-English speaking staff.

Worst Hotel I ever stayed for the value of the money! No seperate Non- smoking rooms. Shower with no water pressure, tv remote didn't work. No steam shower as advertised want to charge more for it and yet it did not work anyway. Left used amenity kits for new customers. No controls for air-condition. This hotel is one of the worst ever.Do not waste your money on this hotel.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel near the airport. the staff were very friendly and provided fast service. They even arranged cabs for us without any hassle. Secondly, the rooms were clean and the beds were large and comfortable, which is important to me and my wife. Lastly, the value for money was great. Considering the price, the basic amenities provided such as the attached bathroom and breakfast were a pleasant surprise.
Everything was great, no complaints.
